Customize Remnant Finder to fit your workflow.

Access: Tap More > Settings.

12.1 Profile Settings

Manage your personal account information:

Setting	Description
Name	Your display name
Email	Account email (used for login)
Phone	Contact phone number
Avatar	Profile photo
Password	Change your password

To update: 1. Go to Settings > Profile. 2. Edit the desired fields. 3. Tap Save.

12.2 Notification Preferences

Control how and when you receive notifications:

1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
2. Configure per category:

12.3 Theme (Light/Dark Mode)

Choose your preferred visual theme:

1. Go to Settings > Appearance.
2. Select:
3. Light — White background, dark text
4. Dark — Dark background, light text
5. System — Follows your device's system setting

12.4 Language

Switch the app language:

1. Go to Settings > Language.
2. Select:
3. English (US)
4. Portuguese (BR)
5. The app restarts with the selected language.

12.5 Units of Measurement

Choose your preferred unit system:

1. Go to Settings > Preferences > Units.
2. Select:
3. Imperial — Inches, square feet
4. Metric — Centimeters, square meters

This affects all dimension displays, the drawing tool, measurement tools, and price-per-area calculations.

12.6 Quote PDF Customization (Pro)

Customize the look of your generated quote PDFs:

1. Go to Settings > Quote Settings.
2. Configure:

Option	Description
Company Logo	Appears in the header of the PDF
Company Info	Address, phone, email displayed on the quote
Header Color	Brand color for the PDF header
Terms & Conditions	Default text appended to every quote
Footer Text	Custom footer (e.g., "Thank you for your business!")
Show Drawing	Include the countertop layout drawing in the PDF
Show Itemized Pricing	Show or hide the line-by-line breakdown

1. Tap Preview to see how the PDF will look.
2. Tap Save.

12.7 Email Templates (Pro)

Customize email templates used when sending quotes and invoices:

1. Go to Settings > Email Templates.
2. Select a template to edit:
3. Quote Email — Sent when sharing a quote with a client
4. Invoice Email — Sent when emailing an invoice
5. Reminder Email — Sent for overdue invoice reminders
6. Edit the subject line and body text.
7. Use placeholders for dynamic content:
8. {client_name} — Client's name
9. {project_name} — Project name
10. {amount} — Total amount
11. {due_date} — Payment due date
12. {company_name} — Your company name
13. Tap Save.

12.8 Kanban Workflow Settings (Pro)

Customize your project workflow stages:

1. Go to Settings > Kanban Workflow.
2. Manage stages:
3. Add a new stage
4. Rename existing stages
5. Reorder stages by dragging
6. Set colors for each stage
7. Delete unused stages
8. Tap Save.

Default stages: Lead → Quote Sent → Approved → In Production → Ready for Install → Installed → Completed.

Price Library

Set up your standard pricing for quick quote generation:

1. Go to Settings > Price Library.
2. Add materials with their prices per square foot.
3. Add edge profiles with their prices per linear foot.
4. Add services (cutouts, installation, etc.) with pricing.
5. These prices auto-populate when creating quotes in the Drawing Tool.
