11. Subscription Plans

Understand the Free and Pro plans, and manage your subscription.


11.1 Free Plan

The Free plan lets you get started with Remnant Finder at no cost.

11.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan unlocks the full platform for professional fabricators.

Pricing Tiers

All Pro plans include a 1-week free trial. The introductory price applies for the first 12 months, after which the base price takes effect.

11.4 Upgrading & Downgrading

Upgrading to Pro

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Tap Upgrade to Pro.
  3. Select your tier (based on how many users you need).
  4. Start your 1-week free trial — no charge until the trial ends.
  5. Complete the purchase through your device's app store:
  6. iOS: Apple App Store (In-App Purchase)
  7. Android: Google Play Store (In-App Purchase)
  8. Web: Stripe payment (required for Team 15+ plans)
  9. Pro features are activated immediately.

Introductory Pricing

New subscribers get a discounted introductory price for the first 12 months. After that, the base price applies. You can see both prices on the subscription screen.

Downgrading to Free

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Tap Manage Subscription.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription or Downgrade to Free.
  4. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  5. After downgrading:
  6. If you have more than 20 active pieces, they will remain listed but you cannot add new ones until you are below the limit.
  7. CRM, billing, and calendar data is preserved but becomes read-only.
  8. Team members beyond the first user lose access.

11.5 Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Plan

Go to Settings > Subscription to see:

  • Current plan and tier
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method on file

Changing Tiers

Upgrade or downgrade between Pro tiers:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Tap Change Plan.
  3. Select the new tier.
  4. The price difference is prorated for the current billing period.

Payment Issues

If a payment fails:

  • You will receive a notification about the failed payment.
  • The app retries automatically.
  • Update your payment method in your app store's subscription settings.
  • Pro features remain active for a grace period while payment is resolved.
